Billing
 We accept most major insurance plans however, at this time we are
not providers for any HMO plans. We will gladly bill your insurance plans
for you. Please familiarize yourself with your plans' policies for oncology
care. Pre-certification may be required for many of the treatments
administered in our office. We will assist you with billing information or
in planning for special financial arrangements for our services.
