Appointments

Making an appointment is as simple as picking up the phone and calling our office. To schedule a visit with one of our physicians, please contact our New Patient coordinator at 310-888-8680 (press 2 and then option 1). Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9 am to 5 pm. We provide Complimentary Valet parking for our patients.

For prescription refills, press 3.

For our medical records department, press 4.

For billing and insurance questions, press 5.

For our address and fax numbers, press 6.

For diagnostic imaging department call 310-285-7270.

In order for our doctors to provide a complete and comprehensive medical opinion it is important that they review all your medical information. Please be prepared to provide this information to our office along with your current medical insurance information. Below is a list of forms that may be needed to release that information to our office as well as a list of other forms regarding Privacy Practices in our office.

We accept most insurance carriers, and our staff will work with you before you come in for your appointment to ensure that you will have the coverage you need. We all try to help eliminate the worry, so you can concentrate on getting well.

We strive to keep waiting times to a minimum, but please realize that delays can occur due to emergencies and unforeseen patient needs.

We ask that you always:

Bring your insurance cards.
Let us know whenever you change your address, telephone number, employment, marital status or insurance.
Bring a list of all medications that you are currently taking including over-the-counter remedies, vitamins and herbal supplements.
Write down any questions or concerns that you may have to discuss with your physician.
Feel free to bring a family member or a supportive person with you to help listen to your physician’s comments and responses to your questions.
Make your next appointment every time you visit the office. This includes lab, medication and radiology appointments.

We understand that emergencies and special needs can occur. We request that should you need to cancel an appointment that you provide as much notice as possible in order for us to make that appointment time available for other patients.
